Your One Menu

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Your One Menu ("we", "us", "our"), a software-as-a-service platform provided from the United Kingdom that helps restaurants, cafés, and takeaways publish digital menus and QR codes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Your One Menu provides tools to build, publish, and share digital menus with QR codes. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Basic or Premium).

2. Subscriptions and billing

Basic: £5 per month or £50 per year.
Premium: £7 per month or £70 per year.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

3. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then. We do not partially refund unused time on cancellation.

4. Refunds

Under UK consumer law, digital services provided immediately with your consent are not generally refundable once used. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate in good faith.

5. AI image generation charges

Premium accounts may generate menu-item images using our AI image service. Each generated image that you approve and save to your menu is charged at £5. Images you reject or discard before saving are not charged. All AI image charges are billed to the payment method on file and appear on your next invoice.

6. Your menu content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the content you publish through the service, including prices, ingredients, allergen and dietary declarations, images, and translations. You must comply with the UK Food Information Regulations 2014, the Natasha's Law allergen requirements, and any local equivalents. We do not verify menu content and accept no liability for errors, omissions, or resulting harm.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive content, or to impersonate another business. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and updates that briefly affect availability.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
